Whats going to be different from this album in comparison to the first album?…..ps i love u guys
Answered by Nichole: Girlicious 2010! We are so excited about our new album debuting 2010. Girlicious members have grown so much as artist compared to our first album which was recorded in 2008. The music is dance driven and inspired by us as individuals. We had almost full control of our new album creatively which means we wrote a majority of the records on the album. Our first album was definitely rnb based/urban , which we love and who we are. On the new album, we made it a point to stay true to our roots but added our flavor and personalities. We are different and more experienced young adults from when we were 18 yrs old. There is so much variety! We are sure we will please our old fans with our rnb gritty tracks but are excited to gain new fans with our hard hitting dance tracks which speak to the club scene and kids! We are fresh and inspired ! Xoxo Nichole

From The 818 Now:
A 21-year-old pop singer pleaded not guilty this morning to a drugs-sales charge stemming from a March 9 arrest when Glendale police reportedly found more than a dozen small packages of cocaine in her purse.
Natalie Mejia, a member of the group Girlicious, appeared before Judge Lesley Green in Glendale Superior Court for her arraignment on one felony count of possession of a controlled substance for sale.
Mejia and Burbank resident Peter Asencio, 28, were arrested March 9 after a Glendale police officer stopped Asencio’s Ford Mustang for speeding at Victory Boulevard and Winchester Avenue.
The pair, who had been having dinner at the California Pizza Kitchen in Burbank, were rushing to get to Los Angeles International Airport, police said. Mejia, who was running late for her flight, was scheduled to perform with her group that week in Toronto.
During the traffic stop, police discovered that Asencio’s driver’s license was suspended, so they searched the car, police said.
The officer found the baggies of cocaine in Mejia’s purse during the search, police said. Asencio claimed the drugs were his, and that he was just trying to hide the drugs in her purse, police said.
Her next court date is April 28 in Burbank Superior Court.
